Recent Small Works

We work for 3 major insurance companies carrying out large works, re-active maintenance and repairs however our Small Works Division facilitates services to councils, schools, charities and housing management companies.

Some recent small works projects have included:

  • External redecoration of the Lodge, Carshalton
  • External redecoration of Abbey School, Sutton
  • Teddington Pools – small maintenance and refurbishment works to sanitary wear
  • Sutton Council
    • Felt roof replacement for dental surgery
    • Replacement tiling in various council buildings, and
    • New and re-build of several brick walls around Sutton and Carshalton
