Working in conjunction with chartered surveyors, main contractors and construction consultants we have a strong track record in ensuring project defects and snagging items are resolved to specification, assisting projects to be delivered on time.
Our expertise in this field allows us to put together detailed defect programs, timing schedules and costings for clear identification in cases of dispute. However our main focus is always to finalise outstanding issues on behalf of our client to get the project signed off.
In this area our multi-disciplinary team of tradesmen including plumbers, electricians, decorators, tilers, handyman, roofers and gardeners are able to tackle the full spectrum of snagging issues. We manage and locate specialist sub-contractors where necessary to ensure rectification of specific and bespoke defects.
